The Thrive features a plethora of connection options as well. For wireless connectivity, it's equipped with WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), 4G HSPA+ Mobile Broadband via AT&T, and Bluetooth V 2.1. Other connection options include a mini USB 2.0 port, a full-sized USB 2.0 port, a docking connector port, a headphone jack and a full-sized HDMI output for viewing video content on an HDTV in uncompressed, Full HD 1080p resolution. The tablet also features front and rear cameras. The front webcam and integrated microphone facilitate video-chatting, while the rear camera shoots photos and video in stunning clarity with 720p HD video capture and 5.0 megapixel photo capture.
Besides GPS, the Thrive features a gyroscope, digital compass, accelerometer and even an ambient light sensor. Another highlight is the tablet's removable back cover, which you can accessorize with optional Easy Grip color panels (sold separately).
