Archos ARNOVA Child Pad AV

Archos ARNOVA Child Pad is a 7" tablet that features the innovative Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. It's highlighted by a lightweight and compact design, as well as a 1GHz processor and 1GB of RAM memory. Plus, for storing your child's favorite apps and media, the tablet is equipped with 4GB of flash storage capacity.
The Child Pad includes access to the Kids App Store, which is powered by AppsLib. It works by filtering out all but 14 kid-friendly app categories. Other features include a user-friendly interface with colored icons, home screen folders and the top 20 kids' apps, which are already preloaded onto the tablet. These apps include Angry Birds, Pig Rush and Flight Frenzy.
To ensure child safety, Archos designed the Child Pad to comply with CIPA and COPPA regulations. This ensures that the tablet provides a safe learning and playing environment for children. However, for added safety, the Child Pad also features parental controls and safe web browsing, which is powered by Editions Profil. They use a "Mobile Parental Filter" that is ranked as the most efficient parental control software available.
