Fujifilm X100 Due to the high demand Fujifilm received from its customers in 2011, when the original X100 was released, the company now presents an all black model, aptly named the X100 BLACK Limited Edition Digital Camera. The all black design adds to the camera's stealth, while simultaneously giving it a beauty rarely seen in today's cameras. The X100 BLACK edition will also come with a genuine leather ever-ready case, a lens hood, adapter ring, and protective filter.
It has a fixed focal length 35mm (equivalent in 35mm format) lens with a very bright f/2.0 aperture and a 9-blade diaphragm for beautiful blur in out-of-focus areas (bokeh), plus, a very large APS-C CMOS sensor with 12.3Mp of resolution and the EXR Processor.
The switchable hybrid optical/electronic viewfinder and a high resolution 2.8" LCD monitor with 460K-dot resolution make capturing images with the X100 a real joy. The X100 senses when you bring your eye to the viewfinder, automatically switching into viewfinder mode. When you lower the camera, it switches back to the LCD. Other non-traditional features include sensitivity from 100 to 12800 ISO, RAW capture and in-camera processing for the highest quality images possible, along with high-speed contrast autofocus. You can use the Film Simulation mode to give your photos the distinctive look of Fujifilm's Velvia, PROVIA or ASTIA color films, or monochrome. Additional features include built-in auto bracketing functions, 5fps high speed continuous shooting, 49 points selectable auto focus and manual focusing, among other focusing features, a TTL based flash system, and then some.
