Lenovo ThinkPad T420 4178AFU is a 14" Notebook Computer with a 16:9 antiglare widescreen display. Its 1600 x 900 resolution is greater than that of 720p HD video. The system features a comfortable, spill-resistant keyboard and Lenovo's UltraNav system for mousing. UltraNav combines a TrackPoint and a large multi-gesture TouchPad for precise cursor control.

The computer is powered by a dual-core 2.7GHz Intel Core i7-2620M CPU, which can be overclocked to 3.4GHz thanks to Intel Turbo Boost. It is loaded with 4GB of RAM, a 500GB 7200rpm hard drive, integrated Intel GMA HD 3000 graphics and a DVD burner. It boasts Bluetooth 3.0+HS, 802.11n Wi-Fi, a 2MP webcam and a built-in memory card reader. Windows 7 Professional (64-bit) is the installed operating system.
