Archos 70b Internet 7-Inch Tablet brand may have a budget reputation, but the Archos 70b Internet tablet does manage to incorporate some great specs and Honeycomb 3.2 for the price. The build materials run to an inner metal structure of high-tensile strength stainless steel embedded inside an injected plastic enclosure. You can browse the Web and enjoy your HD multimedia on this high-resolution 7-inch screen. Powered by a 1.2GHz ARM processor and 512MB RAM, the device runs the latest version of Honeycomb (Android 3.2), and provides a full array of Google mobile applications including Google Talk with video chat, Gmail, YouTube, Google Maps, and Google Calendar. Access over 300,000 apps from the Android Market. Additionally it is another device laden with ports, including a USB slave 2.0, micro SD (SDHC compatible), USB Host, HDMI output (Mini HDMI / HDMI cable sold separately). The USB support works well with many devices, from USB hard drives and flash drives to cameras and more, however a USB host cable is sold separately. The front-facing camera is perfect for video chats over Wi-Fi with a compatible app. Overall, the Archos 70b Internet tablet is far from perfect.
